Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellation

Orders can be cancelled within 30 minutes of placement. After this window, we begin preparing your food and cancellations may not be possible.

2. Refunds for Quality Issues

If you receive an order that doesn't meet our quality standards, please contact us immediately. We will either replace your order or issue a full refund.

3. Missing Items

If items are missing from your order, please contact us within 24 hours. We will either deliver the missing items or issue a refund for those specific items.

4. Voucher Refunds

Purchased vouchers are non-refundable but may be transferred to another person. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
